2018 BULLDOG FOOTBALL
HEAD COACH WARREN KIRK
Warren Kirk is in his 6th year coaching at Jay and his 3rd year as the head football coach. Coach Kirk, also, coaches powerlifting and track. He is a graduate of Northeastern State University. He is married to his wife, Calin, and together they have a son, Gunner.
Eric Douthit is in his 2oth year of coaching football and 15th year of teaching. He graduated from East Central University in 2002. He has been married to his wife, Tami, for 25 years and together they have 3 sons, Cody, Chance, and Garrett. They also have 2 grandchildren. This year Coach Douthit is teaching Modern World History, coaching the offensive line for high school and junior football, powerlifting, and track. Go Bulldogs!
Cameron Smith is currently in his 2nd year of coaching. He is currently coaching high school and junior football, track, and powerlifting. He is graduate of Northeastern State University where he majored in Health and Physical Education.
Jeff Stapleton is currently in his 29th year of coaching. He has been at Jay since 1993 and has been the Bulldogs’ head wrestling coach since 1994. He is currently the athletic director and has been the defensive line coach for the varsity football team for 3 years and also coaches junior high football.
Coach Willis has been in education for 42 years. He has his bachelor’s degree from Missouri Southern and a master’s from Drury University. He is the high school and jr. high defensive linebacker coach and assistant wrestling coach.
Izack Wilson is currently in his 2nd year of coaching football and wrestling. He is a graduate of Northeastern State University with a major in Health and Human Performance and minor in Humanities.
